Can no longer access Seagate FreeAgent files
Hi,
I saw another post about a similar issue that was never resolved. I'm hoping that my problem can be. I have an external 1 TB Seagate FreeAgent drive. All 3 of our computers are backed up to that drive. Unfortunately, the internal hard drive on my computer - the one to which it has been connected - crashed and needed to be replaced. The problem is that I had created permissions on the FreeAgent drive that I now cannot change or remove from it. I used the tool called "nLite" that I saw mentioned in the other post. With it I have gained access to the drive itself, but only a few of the many folders on the drive. I can view some of the folders and files, but cannot copy any of them to another drive. I would really appreciate any help.
Regards,
Diffie
