Silicon Raid Controller Problems.

Hi all,

I have a SIL3112 PCI raid controller.It also has usb and firewire ports.Its a 2004 card.

I have 2 1.5TB Samsung drives attached but i cant get the raid options to work.I can see and use the drives on my computer but the options for creating a raid set are greyed out.

Is my card too old for these drives?

I have tried all of the bios versions with no luck.
