Buying Windows 7 - a couple of questions

Hi all. I'm currently using Win7 RC 64bit and I was thinking of buying Win7 Home Premium retail ver. but its simply too expensive over here in Europe, so I'm wondering are there any restrictions if my friend in the USA buys the retail version and sends it to me? Is there anything different in the activation process etc. and so on? Silly questions, I know, but I just wanna be sure. Btw, I could buy the OEM version of Win7 Pro (I don't really need the extra features) here that's just a little more expensive than the HP retail in the US? Also, OEM restrictions are kind of putting me off that choice. Any advice?
p.s. I'm definitely doing a clean install since I was just using the RC to try it out.

2) The product will activate correctly.
3) The OEM version is much cheaper than retail, but it cannot be legally transferred to another PC. If you ever swap the motherboard or try to install it on a new computer, Microsoft may or may not deny your activation request.
4) I would recommend Home Premium Retail in your situation.
Hope this helps.

Thanks!
I think my friend is gonna buy it for me on Amazon, so there you go. Everyone's happy. I like that.
Dammit! I always turn it off for IC and a few others after I install FF. Can't believe I missed that.
