Differences between 7 upgrade and full versions?

I'm wondering what the differences are between the 7 upgrade version and the full 7 version. I'm thinking of upgrading in a few months, and I'd like to save money on buying 7, but then again, if I'm going to do it, I want it to be complete. Therefore, I'll get the full version.

I have a 30 GB partition for my C drive, so doing a full reformat / OS reload is not a problem.

And can a full copy of 7 be installed on more than 1 computer? I have my desktop that can get 7, and a laptop that could also go from RC 7100 to full 7, but don't want to spend 2X the cash.

The upgrade version asks you to insert a legitimate copy of Windows XP or Windows Vista before it will install.

A Windows license is good for one PC at a time.
