Good News on the Linux front.

Novell is offering to indemnify Linux users (remember that Novell also denies that SCO owns Unix in the first place), and Intel, IBM, and the Open Source Development Lab now have a $10 Million US legal indemnification fund gathered, so far. Interesting, Novell has essentially purchased SuSE also, and is planning on making thier software work with Linux nets-- using SuSE Enterprise software. SuSE has a US website up and a US presence. Nice news.

John-- it ain't over yet but signs are getting much better for Linux.

    i really like the ibm linux commercials, they creek the crap out of me.
    i guess thats off topic, but it shows that ibm is giving linux a push, which is never bad
