File Syncronisation (Sync Toy Alternative)

I have been using Sync Toy on Vista for a while and it's been working a treat. I've moved over to Windows 7 and the version I have ceases to work properly - it's a well documented error with no decent solutions
As I said I've gogled it and found various people with the problems and a few fixes offered, none have worked.
So, can anyone reccomend any other decent synching software? - Doesn't need to be too clever - basically just keep about 4 folder pairs in synch once a day or there abouts.
I'm running Win 7 64bit.

Dropbox is fantastic but it's probably not the right tool for this specific use, it's not really an alternative to Sync Toy.
I guess RoboCopy would be the more manual way to do it, perhaps I'll give that a look if SyncBack doesn't do what I want it to.
