I don't see Nvidia in the x86 market, at least not in the mainstream PC market. If anything, they will attack from the bottom up with Tegra, but other than that possibility, I highly doubt it.
Sure, they deny it right now.... but considering they are in a tiff with Intel and have that nice Ion platform for netbooks (which you can't find ANYWHERE) I wouldn't be surprised if they actually were.
