Help with content advisor
Hello all...
I tried to set up a password on Content Advisor, and apparentlyi created one. But unfortunatlly, I forgot the password. (I know right...
)
Anyways, now, when i try to go online on my computer (a different and much better one than i am using now...), it asks me for the password (Which i forgot...) basically rendering my internet unaccessable.
I have tried to follow the instructions found here --->http://www.pchell.com/support/contentadvisor.shtml
But when i try to delete the KEY file, it asks me if I am sure that I want to delete the file, so I click "ok". But after I do that, an error pops up that reads: "Unable to delete all specified values".
Help is urgently needed, and gretly welcomed :bigggrin:
