I have just wiped my hard drive as I am giving the comp to my grandson and Idid not want any of my work on it after using Iolo wipe drive i have not been able to re install windows I have downloaded floppy boot discs to re boot but all I get is a message that stops my comp, message reads stop 0x0000007b, 0XF79c636
I have just bought new hard drive after installing it and re trying to boot still getting the same message also it states hard drive not config can anyone give me any help

    is it a windows install disk or a windows boot disk? What version of windows are you using? Most windows installation disks are on CD not floppy. Windows 95 was the last version that used floppys.

    What PC do you have?
