    Hey! Kluski sure sounds Polish.... I eat kluski whenever I get a chance... They go especially well in mom's homemade beet soup and of course the ol' chicken soup.

    If the name is NOT derived from my homeland's beloved noodle, then please ignore this bizarre rant and continue folding ;D
