Getting a 5770, does brand matter?
I am wanting to get the Radeon HD 5770 as it's a cheap DX11 card I can crossfire later to get more horsepower out of. But it seems they are going the way of the 58xx series and being sold out.
There is an XFX card available but I don't know the quality of theirs, there is also an HIS card available IIRC. What kind of quality do these companies usually have if it matters?

OMG I am so excited to have a gaming rig again! My X800 just wasn't cutting it anymore, might gift it to my little brother for his system if he doesn't have a better card.
They started @ $150 but have gone up due to supply and demand.
Originally I wanted to wait a couple months to buy a 5870 or something better, but went with this one for the price. Didn't think it would be as good as it's turned out to be, though I guess compared to an X800 it's gonna rock. I don't have many games but everything I got plays maxed out no problem. Though ATM I am only playing Operation Flashpoint 2 with my old clan buddies, god it's so awesome.
