    Every time I have lentils I end up wondering why I don't have them more often. I'll be sure to try your recipe. Sounds yummy.

    Hi Rob,
    Thanks for the recipe. I love lentil soup, but have never tried a stew like this. Something you might want to try is a 1/2 tbs. of red wine vinegar added to your bowl of stew just before eating. I never eat the soup without it.

    I'm with Droege: I put vinegar in almost everything, and it makes a lot of things just that extra bit of awesome.
