chkdsk D: on every boot

I remember someone else having this problem and I can't remember if they fixed it or not, but now I am having it.

Recently my config/system file got corrupted, but luckily I got it fixed through ERD Commander (a sort of advanced boot/repair/GUI disc). But now, on every boot, Windows does a chkdsk on drive D:. It doesn't find any errors, but it takes a long time as it is a 130GB partition (Why couldn't it have picked my 5.5GB Windows partition?)

Any ideas on how to stop it?
I'm going to try telling it to schedule one, and maybe that will kick it and stop the other one from running.

i think if you make it run, it will probably stop doing it on boot. otherwise, IIRC there's some registry key that needs to be changed for it to stop doing a chkdsk on boot.

Nope, didn't work. It just ran chkdsk twice, one straight after the other. This is actually more of a problem now as it won't let me defrag as "a chkdsk has been sheduled on this drive".

    Argh.

Fixed it. Removed everything from the -
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Bootexecute key.

Ok, so chkdsk won't run at all on boot now, but thats no big loss. I can just shedule one if I need it.

Ok, this doesn't work. It stops the check on every boot, but I still can't defrag as a check is still scheduled.
