-constantly make fun of the state of Indiana. I mean, it will be a party foul if you stop.
Indiana has got to be one of.. if not THE worst state.. it's definitely the worst state I've ever lived in - I hope to never return for any significant periods of time. Just landing in IND you can feel this oppressive stain weighing down on you.
There's plenty of good places to get inked in the Detroit area. The place I got mine, Eternal Tattoo in Eastpointe, has some great artists working there, it's clean, and well-respected. That's the only place I know off the top of my head, but there's plenty of other good joints.
Cannot WAIT to try the dopplebock and bourbon barrel quad. Linc will probably devour the double wide IPA himself.
Arrival details:
I work New Years Eve until 7pm. I will get off shift as soon as possible - which may be 6:45, but no later than 7. I'm going straight to ICHQ. That'll put me there at 10-10:30PM, or maybe past midnight, depends on if I break my record of being pulled over three times.
I'll be cooking breakfast for the bitches who show up either friday morning or saturday morning, whichever I'm less drunk
The Menu:
Country Sliced Bacon
Waffles with vanilla ice cream and vermont maple syrup
Eggs
whatever else I can find
fatcat,
My lack of being there saddens me at missing your bitch breakfast and the hilarity. Recommend starting an official "britch-fast" tradition...or maybe it is just a continuance of one already started..

I cooked breakfast while camping in Iowa.
I helped cook dinner with the IC men during Rennfest one night when it rained.
as long as it's not something that goes in an oven, I can cook it
I'm not really sure what the rest of Missouri is like but we've got about 7" in KC. If it keeps snowing the way it has been driving is going to be a chore.
I consider frigid when it drops below 40 degrees, but then again, my body temperature does drop below 60 degrees anytime I'm not wearing two pairs of socks, slippers, several sweaters, a military grade jacket made for -20 and below weather, a snuggie, and gloves and earmuffs, so perhaps I'm not the best authority.
