WTB: DDR2 Memory & Quad LGA 775 CPU

I am looking for DDR2 1066 or faster memory (at least 1 GB sticks) and a Intel Quadcore LGA 775 CPU. I'd rather not drop the $150 on a CPU and as for the memory, I'm looking to get at least 4 GB total (4 sticks) but 2 GB sticks would be better.

Anyone?

    Microcenter is selling C2Q 9550 for $169.99, if you have a store in the area.

    WOW... I was looking at the Q9400 @ $189.... but the Q9550 @ $169 is AWESOME!!!!

    Since I hold the purse stings... and I can see that $170 is not in the budget until next week or whenever one of my customer's send me his check... the answer is no. :(

    OK... so I'm buying the frick'n thing TODAY!!! I will NOT be overclocking...

    Ok, what is the best memory for the Gigabyte EP45-UD3P motherboard with the Q9550? DDR2-667 (PC-5300) or should I go for faster memory? Or, should I go with lower CAS Latency and stay with the PC-5300?
