i just need one with S-Video Out, even "2D" card works!!!

    P.S. Nvidia Geforce FX series will not work... such as FX5250, FX5550, FX5650, FX5750, FX5950 so on, but Qadro FX works just fine!

    It would certainly be helpful if you stated your max. The same as when people sell items and list the sale price, which is a requirement for selling.
