i need help again..

i think a problem like this was already posted before but i seem to be having a problem with my avira anti-virus software. i don't know what's wrong but it won't update anymore and when i try to do it manually it takes forever and nothing seems to be happining. please someone help and tell me what should i do to make it start updating again thx you very much.

    oh never mind after reading the support forum i think i know what the problem is sorry for the trouble...
