TSMC to make 32nm GPUs by year's end

    This is an interesting development, particularly because there's an ongoing rumor that ATI is preparing a GPU refresh for the second half of 2010. Recent roadmaps, like some of the ones in this article purport the next GPUs to be of the 32nm variety. Making a new architecture on a new process is, however, rather difficult, as NVIDIA will attest.

    It'll be interesting to see if it all pans out this way.

    This year will be really interesting regarding GPU technology.

    I really want to change my video card but news like that only makes me hold more on my 9600GT for the moment :P
