    I don't know about the banner, but the info on that page is pretty interesting.

    Yeah, some of it seems a tad off though. The backburner isn't listed in any of the weapons and I can't imagine the flamethrower having such a small percentage of the total damage

    That's how it should be, at least for PL maps.

    It's what the characters looked like during testing prior to release. They didn't update the image on the page.

    The stats get wonky sometimes. And they use alpha/beta test names.

    I love that we can see these stats, though.

    On the subject of the Scout's smg, that was his primary weapon back when they were in development, he uses it in one of the videos that they released as teasers. Also notice that the Spy has his silver revolver (not the Ambassador), and the Demoman is holding his satchel charge of dynamite.
