XP install went from invalid to blue screen

basically i'm using my pc for AutoCAD but lately i got a disturbing notice my microsoft that my xp professional edition is not a certified true copy and now i can't even open my windows anymore...what i got is a blank blue screen

    Sounds like you have more going on than just product registration. Usually if you don't activate the product with in 30 days (XP) it will lock you out from logging in until you put in an activation code. But is doesn't freeze on blue screen. Even if you have a bootleg copy of windows xp is still just run it will just not allow you to download updates and what not.
