trojan horse vundo removal

I found the trojan horse vundo.KA on my computer and cant remove it. I currently use avg free and i dont know much about computers so i really need help. i have searched online for help and cant seem to get anything to work. im looking for removal help plus advice about how to protect my computer better. please help:confused:
