Icrontic Guild Policies
Recruitment Policy
New recruits will be on a trial period for 2 raid weeks, after this trial period is over, all raiding members will vote to accept or deny said recruit. This trial period is your opportunity to impress us as a new recruit: be on time to raids, show a willingness to excel at your class and follow the guild policies.
Expectations
Raiders should always be on time (@ the zone 5-10 minutes prior to the raid start), fully repaired, and carrying whatever consumables they expect to use during the raid. Every raider should have at least a basic understanding of each fight available during our current state of progression.
Performance is reviewed each raid night through the use of Recount (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/recount.aspx) and Wow Web Stats (WWS) / Wow Meter Online (WMO).
Every raider must run one of the following two mods: BigWigs:
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/big-wigs.aspx
or
DeadlyBossMods:
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/deadly-boss-mods.aspx
Everyone should run Omen and understand how to control their threat:
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/omen-threat-meter.aspx
Healers should be using some form of healing unit frames and raid frames. We suggest Grid, Xperl or Healbot.
Curse is a fantastic resource for all addons:

Attendance
All applicants must be able to raid Sunday from 8:00 PM EST to 12:00 AM EST and from 8:00 PM EST until 12:00AM EST on Monday. We sometimes run raids and other events throughout the week, but they are not required to maintain raid membership.
In the event that you know you will not be able to attend a raid, please post in the Member Discussion forum and mention the date you will be unable to attend.
Conduct
Icrontic caters to a mature adult environment, as such profanity and sexual humor is commonplace - however, such behavior is understood as humor and will only be viewed in good taste if the other participants in that conversation consider it to be so. Any request to stop offensive behavior should be respected.
Loot Rules
When a boss is killed, the Loot council will begin the loot process by announcing each piece, one at a time.
Raid members who are interested in a piece of loot will wait for that piece to be announced, and then reply by linking their currently equipped item (or items in the case of rings/trinkets) in raid chat - thus confirming their interest in the item.
Loot will be evenly distributed to all active raid members based mostly on their attendance. The goal of every raid is to gear the entire raid, and every effort will be made to keep loot distribution as equal as possible.
Should everyone pass on a piece of loot for their main spec, raid members may roll on off spec gear where applicable. Off spec gear will not count towards your total loot allocated.
Raiders who are on trial should not expect to receive any loot during their trial period.
About Us
We are a half-time hardcore guild, meaning we spend roughly half the time on content that bleeding-edge raiders do, but take our raids just as seriously. We feel our guild is very valuable, and every member strives to protect that quality by recruiting only people who share our expectations and goals.
