Need a web designer/webmaster for a small company

Hey guys, I have a friend who runs a fire safety company who needs someone to cleanup and manage his 6 page website. It's hosted on a shared server with unlimited storage and unlimited bandwidth. Might be a good hobby page for someone to make a bit of jingle on the side. He's not a big outfit so price will need to be low, but a monthly fee for maintenance is possible.
