Annoying virus - help!

Hi,

I have a virus which keeps opening 2 windows - 0ne is a webcam which isn' t connected and the other is windows installer.It seems to slow everything up. Treid anti virus software but it seems to get round Norton and McAfee. Help please

    At my work, we usually run a trifecta of cleanup:

    Scan with Malwarebytes Anti Malware
    Scan with Spybot Search and Destroy
    Scan with Super Anti Spyware

    The first product is most likely to solve your problem. The 2nd and 3rd are just insurance.
