Please help. Win32/Spy.Ursinf. A virus, that Eset Antivirus 4 cannot delete!
Hello guys, im new to this so thought I should introduce myself with a delightful virus problem at my office to report!
I hope you are all good! I have been reading through some of you forums and the community on here really know their stuff, so I was hoping, and perhaps praying for some much need salvation to this problem.
I have a Win32/Spy.Ursnif. A Virus on one of the office computers and would really appreciate any advice on how to clean this from the computer, as it will not allow me to do so currently.
The infected computer is a Dell Dimension 2400 and is running on Windows XP.
