moving RAID to a new mobo

edited March 2010 in Hardware
hi guys

i had a raid 0 with 2 drives on my computer using a evga 680i board with the onboard nforce raid controller.

apparently raid is a terrible idea but at the time i was just experimenting/playing around.

now the board is borked and i have to change to a new board.

the drive with the OS on is non-raided but i would like to know the procedure of transferring the raid drive to the new motherboard with data intact.

thank you for your help

You need another 680i board or you are dead in the water.

You can't move a raid to another controller.
