This is kind of a shot in the dark, and mostly aimed at RWB ... but what the hell ...
I just finished programming a midi motion capture server for maya (oh teh fun!!!) ... and im quite pleased with the results ... however, tis a little buggy, and reacts differently on the couple of machines ive tested on so far...
so the question is: anyone have access to a maya machine that also has a midi interface ???? a controller would be nice too, but ive narrowed the bug so far to a weird data transport issue in the maya api.. any extra machine tests would help alot ...
if you can help, let me know ... would be very helpful
Id put this up on some of the more 3d oriented websites but previous interaction shows that those guys cant be trusted
... the SFX world is incredibly cutthroat ....
