AMD Catalyst 10.3 receives WHQL cert

    10.3 shows a marked improvement for me on HD5830, no more botched textures after an alt-tab switch.

    Time to find out if 10.3 drivers crash NWN. So far the only problem I've had with my first foray into ATI land has been that the 10.2 drivers cause NWN to crash on load every time, causing me to roll back to 10.1.
