GTX 280 w/ waterblock

I've got a GTX 280. It's currently watercooled, but I do have the oem fan.
I haven't used the fan, but I got it.:D (I bought this used at the end of January, already it's time to upgrade)
I'm asking <s>275.00 </s> PENDING shipped in the US. Paypal preferred, USPS MO accepted.
This is with the waterblock and unisink, I don't want to separate them.
I haven't overclocked this card. Screenie is while crunching SETI.
