    Splenda and Stevia are not even in the same arena. Splenda is a modified sucrose molecule (one of the Hydroxide groups replaced with a phosphorus or chlorine atom, IIRC).

    Stevia is an unmodified plant extract (which I love, btw. Tastes fantastic & non-caloric).
