Hey, more phones with slide out keyboards and social networking apps!!

Think Microsoft could have used a little imagination?

    Uninspired "me too!" devices indeed.

No imagination or not I'd bet they'd sell like hotcakes if the camera's rock. Imagine a Camera phone that's actually as good as a nice point and shoot camera, add social networking and hell I might even buy one if I could get rid of T-Mobile :P

Wishful thinking though probably, I just want a nice camera phone!

Why would you get these with WP7 around the corner and Android (plain, with Sense, with Sony's variant, or with MOTOblur) already out?

Color me dubious. All they did was immediately remind me of a Moto device with Blur, actually.

Sure, its looks like it will have a nice camera for a phone, and I would put the Zune UI against any other media player, but honestly, if thats all they got, they will have to do better.

It looks like a decent phone, heck, it might even be something I would be interested in at some point, and I am far from a phone power user, but overall, I just don't see anything special about it. Like Thrax said, it just comes off as a very "me too" device.
