Automatic unwanted online antivirus scan while browsing web...

Hi. I was just browsing the web the other day and I landed on a fishy website. Shortly after accessing the site, I got a pop-up message saying that my computer was infected and that I need to scan now. I clicked "OK", since that was the only option I was given. Then I got taken to a page that resembles the one that you see when you click "My Computer" on the desktop....but this time near the bottom of the page a meter was showing the ongoing progess of an antivirus scan. I got rid of this page by clicking the red X at the top-right of it, but I was left wondering if maybe some malware got onto my machine. Here's the HJT log, thanks to anyone who can be of help:
