Need help ASAP Please!!!

My laptop crashed and won't even turn on. It's only 7 mos old. It had been acting up lately. Kept locking up then after restarting I got a blue screen, tried to start in safe mode, no luck. It just does nothing now. Can I make a boot disc online? I am using my son't computer. I have Vista 64 he has Vista 32.
I have a ton of files for college on there not to mention my life!!!

    Does it power up at all?
    Perhaps you could boot from a Linux USB and then copy files.

    Take it back to the store. That's what warranties are for.

    Do this, or boot from a Linux live CD (nearly the same process), then save files to an external.

    Then take it back, as stated by kryyst
