    Perhaps officers (or anyone with full bank access) should be required to have an authenticator.

    It was Brian's account, all the logs are in his character names.

    If you follow the 'I got hacked' instructions, Blizzard will replace stuff pretty quickly.

    Ary's acct was restored in 24 hours.

    So here's the final tally as far as I can see it:
    • They only bothered to strip my 80 and sell all my sellable shit, left my alts alone
    • They raep guild bank
    • They created two new characters with junk names (hvytsbl, etc.) on two different realms for spamming purposes
    • They left me naked at a mailbox in Dalaran
    • When I woke up, I was next to other naked hacked people and we commiserated with each other
    • I filed a report, I'll let you guys know what happens

    Well as of this morning, they've restored my gear. I think I have it all. Please let me know if they restored everything to the GB as well, as I am not familiar enough with it to know.

    In the past, guild bank materials have been mailed by Blizzard to the person that was used to remove all of them.
