Unfortunately (I guess) this isn't OCZ's first time in a big house. They were previously listed on the London exchange until April 3, 2009 at which point they moved to the US and down to OTCBB where they've been trading right around $4.50 per share (OCZT.OB).
I suppose that with their recent refocusing on core products and advances in SSD tech, they're in a better position now than they were before to make a go on the US market. I'll be looking into their stock and doing further research for sure.
