    Nice to hear of this way of thinking for Frima. The happier everyone is the better their work will be in the short and long term.

    One of the things I really studied while in college (and got a Minor in) was this very thing. Keeping employee morale up without letting them go too far and start slacking off. There's a fine balance between the two, but if you can hit that mark, the rewards for the company are definitely worth it. "Don't Be a Jerk 101", indeed. =D

    Way to go, Frima! I'll have to check out what games they've developed. Perhaps they'll be worth our attention.
