Icon missing on the forum home page

Don't hate me, but I use IE (8) and notice you have a missing icon on the forum home page. IE always shows missing images as a red_x.gif.

Here's a cropped screen shot (clickit):

It is s'posed to be located at [noparse]http://icrontic.com/wp-content/themes/icrontic_hardware/images/tiny_box.gif[/noparse].

Just wanted to let you know. It's missing in both themes.

PS: For those about to tell me to use a real browser, like Firefox, I already do. I use it for coding an' such, but I prefer IE for my ever'day browsing. shifty2.gif No haters.
