Warhammer 40k: Chaos Daemons - Ideas for Fury models?

After collecting most of my Chaos Marine army, I have gotten accustomed to usually having the models you see in the codex. The Daemons, however, seem to be missing a great deal of their models.. The one that makes me the maddest is the Chaos Fury. The Daemons codex has several pictures of Chaos Fury models including an army list that directly calls the models displayed "Furies of Chaos".

Ive asked several Games Workshop employees and ive been told over and over again that there have never been Fury models, and there never will be. So for now, i guess, I will have to whip up a batch of my own. (for a start, i was looking at WH fantasy Lizardmen with WH40k Tyranid Gargoyle wings, but i want to use these guys in WH fantasy as well some day so if i ever fought Lizardmen, it would look odd).

Any ideas are appreciated!

    I recently expanded my PnP RPG repertoire by adding Warhammer. Nice game... haven't tried the miniature version.

    The mini-game is solid, but an expensive hobby to get into. If you like the idea of table top battles there are plenty of other table top mini games out there that you can get into for much less if you just want to test the waters.

    Your kidding.. for the longest time, they kept telling me that the page on the GW site for furies was a mistake. How about Seekers of Slaanesh models?

    No they don't make those anymore. You can hit eBay or convert some Dark Elf Cold Ones or something.

    yea, ill probably just fill my fast attack spots with Screamers of Tzeench, Flesh Hounds of Khorne, and Chaos Furies.

    Thanks for the heads up. It would appear that I am being sadly misinformed by the staff at my GW.

    Definetly worth a try. Its more expensive and time consuming, but its probably my favorite hobby/passtime. Choose carfully between Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40K (scifi-ish) as well as your armies. I personally enjoy WH40k better (Chaos Space Marines and Chaos Daemons ftw! lol)
