Which Backup Software?

I have a Lacie External hard drive and I don't like there software. What is a good (free or pay) backup software?

Eh... bit late here... but I'm a fan of Cobian Backup. If you just need something to back up your files (i.e. - don't need to make full disk image backups) it does a great job.
