    Yep. Totally an arm. And if you look at the workbench/table under the blueprints, there's something that looks sorta like a head with a glowing red eye.

    For clarification, the Repair Node was a rejected idea for an Engie update that Valve tested.

    Even failing Repair Node itself working, they may be using the model for a different Dispenser replacement.
