Announcing A Contest!!!

As those who browse the Notable Milestone Forum are well aware, for certain milestones we give awards.
Currently, we have the Bart Williams Folding Award for 5,000 points:
The Folding Star award for 25,000 points:
And the Team S-M Toaster award for 50,000 points:
We would like to add several new awards, so get your photochop skills sharpened up and contribute your designs. In order to make it a little easier, we will do these one at a time, allowing about two weeks for you to submit your ideas.
To kick things off, we are looking for designs to honor those who reach their First Milestone - 1,000 Points. Along with your submission, include a brief commentary on why you made your design the way you did, and give a name for your award (example: "The Short-Media New Folder Award"). It's not necessary, but if you want to name the award after someone please include your reasons for doing so.
Once we have a group of designs to choose from we will all get to vote on which one will become our First Milestone award. Post your ideas here!

My contribution...
PS - Keebs has set the bar pretty high (again!). It's going to take some doing to beat that.
...that's a challenge, folks...
:woowoo:
Let's see the skills that made this thread such a winner.
John.
And: Make them as gaudy as you like!
Folders are folks who are like gold, they care about others and those kinds fo caring folks are VALUABLE. Red is the color of the blood that flows through us, we need it to keep flowing to stay alive, and for protiens that are not misfolded to keep from messing our cells up as blood can carry defenders and medicine also...
It looks more like a finished silicon wafer full of chips to me. That'd be cool too, since this is all about everyone using their collective CPU power to accomplish a common goal.

Hopefully you all can view it properly. I know IE used to have issues with PNG images, especially transparent ones. Mozilla renders PNG images correctly, though, so I see things just fine.
bwuahahaha!!!
I like Al's idea with the WUU WUUU!~

I'll post a REAL one when I get home to make you feel better
Come up with a good (original!) design and I'll forgive you.
