Bosses frozen XP login

Hello,

LOGIN does not allow us to login (2 Users) and the staff do not have the old admins login . . Tried safe mode from the CD, restoring to last known and tried to reinstall windows XP, but the next button also became inactive, yet the dancing question mark reacted JUST fine . . .

    Hello, it was a defunct mouse! Someone at the office figured that out, wish I thought of that.
