NASTY hijacking. PLEASE HELP (HJthis log included)

this malware won't let me run system restore, and has changed my desktop appearance. System restore is locked due to group policy, and when I try to enter gpedit.msc, It states that access is denied.

not sure if you fixed this yet. i think i know your problem. i am having the same issue. the program wuauclt.exe seems to be the culprit. i have tried deleting it and it keeps coming back. i believe it is a worm. i found it on a list of startup programs that says its not a good sign. hope this helps. scroll down to that file name and you will see what i mean.
