In some states, if you are legally drunk and in the driver seat with your keys anywhere in reach, it's the same as DUI whether or not you are driving. Had a coworker get busted for it once. So just be careful about that if you do sleep in your car.
The correct answer here would be don't sleep in your car on a public road, so sleep in Brian's car in the drive way. Private roads and drives are something else. In Texas if you are asleep in your car on a public road and the cops find you and conclude you are intoxicated you get a DUI.
The other thing about sleeping in your car on a public road is that some cities have a anti-vagrancy law which effectively prohibits and makes it ticketable.
I would prefer to get some tent space somewhere. If that cannot be accommodated and there's also no place inside (quite likely) then I, too, will be sleeping in the back of my SUV. If I have to, I'll pull up into Brian's driveway.
Though honestly, I'm cool with the idea. With the seats folded down, it comfortably fits a sleeping bag.

If a neighbor sees you and calls the cops, the cop will make you explain yourself, for sure.
I don't recommend it.

 I guess I'll be the creepy one. Somebody had to do it.
I am also confused by this.
I don't have a tent. I do have a car. Didn't know there is tent room left.
Yeah man, its only 96 hours. Thats bush league in terms of professional not-sleeping.
Jesus Chappy, he's only got three days!
That's not what I heard from Courage Wolf.

You can love your car, Nemikan...but just don't LOVE your car.
