this was brought up in another thread, so I'm starting a new thread on it.

Are there 10 dedicated guild members who want to do this? It would require two non-25 man nights, and require your attendence EVERY week. I mean you could go as far to say "you miss a night|week, you can/will be replaced" rule.

I know everyone wants to down the Lich King, but I also know you have to have the right mix of classes to do it.

Is it fair we make a group of the "10 best" and try to do this?

Count me out for attendance every week :( I am pushing it taking 2 nights a week to play this game...

Personally, I am not willing to dedicate 4 nights a week to a video game. I wouldn't mind putting 25 man on hold for a week or two to do this though. Might be a good thing to do seen as numbers have been low lately.

Duckdarren will go, but my best nights are weekends. Most of the guild is busy then.

Cancelling a 25 for 10's would be a step towards abandoning 25's for 10's - flip flopping will not do us any good. If that's an interest people have, we should choose one direction and stick to it.

From what I understood, people wanted 25's because they don't like sitting half the night while we do 10's - this is a valid concern should we consider reverting.

Keep this in mind - cancelling 25's for 10's when we're a 25's guild is going to rock the boat.

Optimally, your group composition should be 2 healers (1 holy paladin usually provides the best way to handle valithria and burst healing), 3 melee dps, 3 ranged dps, and 2 tanks. One of the dps hybridding between heals and dps is a nice perk if available. I can melee dps and hybrid heal for you, so we need 1 more dedicated melee dps, 3 ranged, 2 heals, and 2 tanks.

This would be best done by just extending the raidID and continuously attempting LK until we down him. Should save us a ton of time clearing 10man bosses, but we will of course get less loot through this method.

Most people are above 10man gear in most slots so the loot isnt really an issue.
