    I've never played the Yakuza series before, to be honest, but this did catch my fancy. Looks a bit over-the-top, but what Japanese game isn't?

    Not so much over-the-top but more "dorama-esque." If you were to take a Japanese yakuza tv-show and make it to a game you would get this game. Otherwise the feel of the game is similar to Shenmue. Yakuza 3 for the PS3 goes over the story of 1 & 2 very detailed. Worth a rental if you are curious.

    I am tentative to how bad Yakuza 4 will get censored here in the US. Yakuza 3 definately took a hit in some regards. On another note, new controllable characters? I am having trouble seeing myself taking a liking to anyone that isn't Kiyru.

    Lastly, one of my favorite adult actresses is voicing over one of the new characters. How awesome is that?
