PASSWORD LOCK

Hello everybody ,
I got a HP MINI laptop and canot access the bios and cant boot. it needs a Password. after entering 3 wrong passwords I got a hash code error
CNU8494760 . does anybody know how to unlock it or is there any software to generate the master Password.

    Did you get the laptop new or used? If it's new (or new enough to be under warranty) i'd try contacting HP's tech help.
