Trying to get rid of the 360 FAT, no doubt:

A very good deal if you want to get into the 360.

    Keep in mind that it doesn't come with a hard drive. Kind of a deal killer I think.

    Can you just throw your own sata drive in there?

    The current Xbox 360's use a pretty weird external hard drive. It's not like on the PS3 where you can just pop in any 2.5" HDD. I'm pretty sure they're changing that with the new Xbox 360, but that won't help anyone buying the old Arcade versions like the one listed above.

    No, you cannot throw a SATA drive in there. You have to buy one of the proprietary xbox drives.

    This means I will be purchasing a 360, finally, this weekend. My buddy has a functioning HDD from one of his older, dead 360s that I can use.
