Dell D610...No WIRELESS!!!

Hello I have Dell D610 that I put a fresh copy of XP and found the drivers via dell's website. I can't get the wireless to activate. When I look under the Device Manager and Hardware the Network Controllers has a ?. HELP!!!!

    Which Dell driver did you use from the website? If you used the Dell one, have your tried the Intel? Vice versa?
