Dell have a virus

so i was attempting to watch a movie online and all of a sudden this program installed and it wont go away

its called antimalware doctor,

i went to control panel and attempted to uninstall it but every-time i click it, it says i have to register my product and i ran Norton but nothing should up

can anyone help me get rid of it?

    without going into alot of detail about the subject (posting a HJT log and analyzing it) your best bet is to download Trend Micro's RootKitBuster and do a full system scan with everything checked....

    Damn i got this one too.

    It made my malwarebytes program stop working and the rootkitbuster didn't find anything

    The process can be killed from the task manager...

    Reboot in Safe Mode with networking, Update your Malwarebytes to clean it off...
    Or install Malwarebytes AntiMalware if you dont have it

    After Reboot install SuperAntiSpyware from http://www.superantispyware.com and let it clean what it finds.

    download rkill. This will kill the memory resident program that blocks Malwarebyte. you can then run the scan and it chould clean it out.
